Can I violate a trademark with my domain name?

So my domain name is abc123.com
and my DBA is abc123.com

If someone decided to trademark the phrase “abc123″ could I get in trouble even though my DBA is abc123.com (with the .com added could I get in diet pills without a prescription trouble)
