I work for a law firm and there is only 1 woman lawyer?

So I work in a 6 lawyer lawfirm and there is only 1 woman lawyer and everybody makes fun of what she wears everyday. I mean today she has on a skirt and it jingles every time she moves. She doesn’t wear anything appealing to her body shape. Should I say something to her so people will quit making fun of her or should I just let things be.
